At Kockatoo, we prioritise your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience seamless. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Here’s our hassle-free 48-hour return policy:


What is Eligible for Return?

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are applicable only for sizing issues, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items received.

How to Initiate a Return?

  1. Timeframe: You must raise your return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Process: 
    • Log in to your account on our website.
    • Go to your order history and select the item you want to return.
    • Provide a brief reason for the return and upload pictures (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with further instructions.

Conditions:

  • Exchanges: We currently do not process direct exchanges. However, you can return the product and place a fresh order for your preferred size or item.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
  • Store Credit will be valid for 6 Months from Purchace Date.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items purchased during special sales or promotions.
  • Customized or personalised products.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect product delivery, we’ll bear the return shipping cost. For other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Note: Returns raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.
